Seems like lately everybody has decided to invest in Jerusalem properties. What do they all know? thats a mystery. However, i do think regardless of trends and opportunism, Jerusalem has always been, and will probably stay a great investment for anyone looking for great real estate deals and high profit projects.
In the past years the Jerusalem area has been rapidly growing and we see lots of new projects as well as more business centers, hotels and apartment buildings, accommodating thousands of business men from around the globe, VIPs and politicians, as well as young families and Jewish immigrants from all over Europe, England and the United States.
It seems the market is about to get even hotter, and while other are fearing a bubble, i think we are just starting to see the natural potential of the city in realty terms.
