Hello everybody.
Welcome to my new blog. In case the title isn't clear enough this blog will discuss matters related to real estate in Israel and the Jerusalem area specifically. I am a part of a group of young people investing and learning in properties and real estate all over Israel, and have decided to blog about the process, while splitting content in to a couple of separate blogs for convenience.
As i see it, real estate is more than a 'market', it's a whole form of art, which influences lifestyles, business and a lot more. Jerusalem real estate is totally different in almost any aspect from lets say, real estate in Tel Aviv - the investors are different, the people seeking for homes or apartments are different, lifestyles, views (both ideological and scenery), prices and opportunities.
Anyway, welcome to my blog - feel free to get involved in discussions that will hopefully arise, and to generally visit whenever you want and feel at home:).
